Konstruo — site diary and billing for drywall construction companies
An app in which construction companies keep the site diary, work reports and invoicing from what people record on site; AI assembles German and Czech billing documents. Built with a German construction company; first segment drywall contractors.

Problem
Drywall contractors and other trades are buried in paperwork. The site diary, work reports, measurement sheets and invoices are produced in the evenings from photos, notes and spreadsheets. Time that should go into the work goes into paper — and when the paper is missing, the money does not come.
Decision
Start with the documents that get a company paid, not with “construction management”. Record on site from a phone; let AI assemble the documents: Bautagebuch, Aufmaß and Abschlagsrechnung in Germany; diary, work statement and inspection report in Czechia.
What I am building
A TypeScript core with a domain-driven design (diary and measurements as append-only records, billing rules deterministic), Python services for the AI parts (voice and photo to records, document drafting), offline-first for sites without signal. Built together with a German construction company that uses it every day; I am the product owner and technology partner.
Status
[TODO]: update monthly — first paying customers, pilot numbers.
